Company and choreographer
London City Ballet
Founded in 1978, the London City Ballet disappeared from the dance scene for thirty years and has been reborn as a touring company of about fifteen international artists under Christopher Marney—formerly a dancer with, among others, Malandain Ballet Biarritz. The company’s repertoire highlights British classical and contemporary works, including productions by Kenneth MacMillan, Liam Scarlett, George Balanchine, and Alexei Ratmansky.
